At Billiard Pro Zone, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we process, ship, and handle deliveries.
Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount, depending on the shipping destination. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (Canada Post/Purolator/UPS): 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (if applicable): 1-3 business days, available at an additional cost.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@billiardprozone.com for further assistance.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@billiardprozone.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.Â
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Extra fees may apply.Â
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Billiard Pro Zone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
